Responsibilities include staffing, budgeting, resource allocation, and creating collaborative care plans based on assessments and treatments, while ensuring payroll accuracy and staff performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or Associate’s degree in Nursing.
• RN licensure.
• 2–5 years of experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with 5–10 years preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Staff hiring, training, assignments, and evaluations.
• Develop departmental budgets and monitor financial goals.
• Ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to policies.
• Lead staff performance reviews and address disciplinary issues.
