Intermountain Health Lutheran Hospital is seeking an Operating Room RN to join a fast-paced surgical team. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a dynamic OR environment, collaborating with physicians and support staff to ensure safe, effective outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice; compact licenses must transfer within 60 days.
• BSN within four years if RN has <12 months of experience.
• BLS for healthcare providers is required.
• BSN is required as of 04/27/2025; grandfathering rules apply for earlier hires.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status and collect information from the care team.
• Develop and implement an individualized plan of care with patient and family involvement.
• Coordinate care and educate for future support needs post-discharge.
• Lead and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver timely patient care.
• Document accurately and maintain professional licensure compliance.
• Promote professionalism and ethical practice within regulatory standards.
