Intermountain Health Lutheran Hospital is seeking an Operating Room RN to join a fast-paced surgical team in Colorado. The role emphasizes patient care, collaboration with multidisciplinary staff, and adherence to professional standards.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice. Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their BSN within four years of hire date.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• BSN is required as of the job description's last update.

Responsabilités

• Assess patients using physical, social, and psychological status and coordinate with the care team.
• Plan individualized care with patient, family, and team involvement.
• Implement care and coordinate interdisciplinary team to follow the care plan.
• Evaluate patient responses and revise the plan as needed.
• Promote professionalism, document accurately, and follow licensure standards.
