Intermountain Health Lutheran Hospital in Colorado seeks an Operating Room RN to join a fast-paced surgical team focused on patient care and collaboration. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate perioperative care, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team to achieve safe, high-quality outcomes.

Qualificações

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice. Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment.
• BSN from an accredited institution; BSN required as of 4/27/2025.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsabilidades

• Assess the physical, social, and psychological status of patients using a nursing process.
• Plan and implement individualized plans of care with patient and family involvement.
• Coordinate and delegate care with interdisciplinary team to deliver safe patient care.
• Evaluate patient responses and modify plans as needed to achieve goals.
• Promote the nursing profession, adhere to legal/ethical standards and provide timely documentation.
