Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice. Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their BSN within four years of hire date.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution; BSN required as of 4/27/2025.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status and gather information from the interdisciplinary team.
• Plan individualized care with patient, family and team involvement; prepare for ongoing support needs.
• Implement and coordinate care, delegating to the team and managing time, supplies, and resources.
• Evaluate patient response and adjust the care plan as needed; document accurately and timely.
• Promote professionalism and adhere to legal/ethical standards and licensure requirements.
