Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
• Valid compact licenses must be transferred within 60 days.
• RNs with less than 12 months experience must obtain BSN in 4 years.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers required.
• Education must be obtained from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, social, and psychological status.
• Develop individualized plan of care with patient and team involvement.
• Direct interdisciplinary care team via delegation and collaboration.
