Job summary

Intermountain Health Lutheran Hospital is seeking an Operating Room RN to join a fast-paced surgical team. The selected candidate will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.

This role requires a BSN with active RN licensure (compact transfers allowed within 60 days) and BLS certification. Expect a supportive leadership team and opportunities for professional growth within a respected health system.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice; compact licenses must be transferred within 60 days.
• BSN from an accredited program; BSN required as of 2025-04-27.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution; degree will be verified.
• BSN is required as of the last update date for this job description.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status and gather information from interdisciplinary team.
• Plan individualized care with patient and family involvement and education.
• Implement care by directing the care team and coordinating resources.
