Job summary

Advocate Health seeks a Registered Nurse for a full-time role in North Carolina. The position requires 40 hours per week, with days and call, and offers a pay range of $38.20 to $57.30 per hour.

You will deliver care using the nursing process, monitor patient status, and collaborate with the care team to achieve optimal outcomes. Requirements include graduation from a Board of Nursing approved program, an active RN license, and BLS.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in the state(s) where providing services.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Advances patient care using the nursing process; assesses, plans, diagnoses, implements, and evaluates care.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts plans, and communicates with the care team.
• Maintains accurate EHR documentation and participates in safety initiatives.
• Floats to other units as needed to meet patient care needs.
• Upholds ANA Code of Ethics and ethical decision making.
