Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engages in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes and apply evidence-based practices.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care, engaging patients and families across the continuum.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the care team to influence outcomes.
• Maintains a culture of safety and ensures accurate EHR documentation.
• May float to other units or facilities as needed to meet patient care demand.
