Job summary

Responsibilities

• Engage in governance and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Utilize the nursing process from admission to post-discharge.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans.
• Uphold a culture of safety and ethical care.
• Maintain accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• May float to other units as needed.
