HCA Healthcare, Inc. is seeking an Operating Room Nurse for an ambulatory surgery center. You will contribute your expertise in circulating or scrub roles, ensuring safe nursing care until transfer to recovery.

You will help shape patient care by coordinating setups and assisting surgeons in a dynamic OR environment. You will be responsible for patient care, medication management, anesthesia assistance, and meticulous chart review per protocols.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Active RN license as required by state employment or appropriate compact licensure.
• BCLS Certification upon employment (online certification not acceptable).
• ACLS as required by facility; PALS preferred or required at some facilities.
• CNOR certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee instrument and equipment setup for the OR and anticipate surgeons' needs.
• Coordinate and oversee the room during a case as the circulator.
• Facilitate effective transition between surgical procedures.
• Use proper body mechanics when moving patients to stretchers and OR tables.
• Manage patient care and medications, including anesthesia assistance.
• Review charts for completeness per documentation protocols before and after surgery.
