• Willingness to learn computerized information systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based nursing care using the nursing process.
• Deliver care to Health Plan members and other patients under supervision.
• Lead, mentor and collaborate with the health care team to ensure quality care.
• Identify and address patient needs to achieve clinical targets and outcomes.
• Maintain HIPAA/confidentiality and comply with policies.
