Job summary

Kaiser Permanente Northwest is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the health care team in delivering quality care to Health Plan members and patients at Sunnybrook Medical Offices in Oregon. The RN will provide nursing services in person and by phone, using the nursing process and leadership to address acute and chronic needs under supervision.

Responsibilities include clinical decision-making, teamwork, care coordination and population-based education.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of RN experience in acute care or ambulatory care/clinic setting within the last five (5) years.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience circulating in an inpatient or ambulatory surgery operating room in the past 5 years.
• Graduate of accredited school of nursing; High school diploma or GED required.
• Registered Nurse License (Oregon) and Basic Life Support.

• Provide evidence-based, clinically competent nursing care across the care continuum.
• Lead, mentor and collaborate with health care team to ensure quality care.
• Coordinate care and educate patients, families and panel populations.
