Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Oregon RN License required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

• Uses nursing process and leadership skills to address acute and chronic needs of patients.
• Works under the supervision of a designated supervisor.
• Provides nursing services in person and by phone.
• Maintains HIPAA confidentiality and adheres to policy.
