Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Registered Nurse License (Oregon)
• ACLS required at hire
• PALS within 6 months of hire
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care to members using the nursing process and leadership to address acute and chronic needs.
• Works under the supervision of the designated supervisor.
• Demonstrates ethical, legal behavior and HIPAA compliance.
• Engages in population-based care activities and patient education.
• Collaborates with health care team to ensure quality standards and safety.
• Mentors staff and participates in continuous improvement.
