This full-time role supports the operating room by managing purchasing, receipt, inventory, and distribution of specialty items, coordinating with vendors, and providing analytics for cost-saving initiatives. Responsibilities include maintaining PAR levels, conducting cycle counts, processing PO transactions, and communicating stock changes to surgical leadership to ensure optimal supply

Qualifications

• Efficient at time management and able to multitask.
• Intermediate computer skills and knowledge using Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide right product at the right time and best price to support OR operations.
• Inventory management including PAR levels, cycles counts, and updating MMIS labeling and locations.
• Process surgery-specific POs, match confirmations, and manage backorders or substitutions.
• Coordinate with vendors and surgery leadership to ensure timely supplies and cost containment.
• Run reports in MMIS and Epic to monitor supply movement, inventory levels, and cost variances.
