Qualifications

• Entry-level position with focus on materials management and inventory control.
• Physically active role requiring standing, walking, and lifting up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to communicate clearly with OR staff, leadership, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily hands-on supply distribution and inventory support for Surgical Services.
• Receive, transport, stock, and replenish supplies throughout surgical spaces.
• Monitor inventory usage, adjust par levels, and respond to real-time supply needs.
• Maintain clean, organized, and audit-ready supply locations.
• Identify and manage expired, obsolete, backordered, and converted products.
• Complete inventory transactions and audits using Lawson and scanners.
• Coordinate bill-only items, deliveries, and vendor-supported supplies.
• Support equipment needs, including repairs, loaners, and substitute equipment.
