Job summary

Timonium Surgery Center is seeking a Materials Manager to oversee inventory control and procurement of medical supplies. The role includes coordinating receiving, stocking, and distribution, while supporting the surgical team and adhering to state standards and facility policies.

Ideal candidates will have 2–5 years of materials management experience in an OR setting or as a scrub tech or central supply tech, strong communication skills, and attention to detail. On-site role with competitive pay.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receiving, processing, and distributing of supplies.
• Manage inventory to ensure appropriate stock levels.
• Maintain and coordinate the inventory system and records.
• Support surgical team and facilities operations.
• Monitor equipment maintenance and repairs as requested.
• Communicate with clinical, administrative and vendor staff on supply needs.
• Procure specialty equipment as indicated and coordinate with managers.
