Job summary

You will coordinate recalls, backorders and new product trials, collaborating with physicians, purchasing and IT systems to ensure on-time availability of implants and supplies.

The role requires 3–5 years in healthcare logistics, a Bachelor’s degree, and CMRP certification or plan to obtain within a year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare logistics/supply chain operations.
• AHRMM CMRP certification or commitment to complete within one year.

Responsibilities

• Purchase, storage, inventory, and distribution of OR supplies and implants.
• Manage backorders, recalls, and substitutions; oversee receiving and stocking.
• Coordinate recalls and supplier communications; ensure timely action.
• Evaluate products for cost-saving opportunities and standardization.
• Develop capital equipment plans and annual budget submissions.
• Update EPIC bin locations and run implant utilization reports.
