Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
• Active RN license required.
• Master’s Degree in Nursing required.
• 1–2 years of nursing leadership experience.
• 2–3 years of perioperative nursing experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Direct, plan, and coordinate unit operations to support high-quality patient care.
• Develop and implement staffing plans to ensure appropriate coverage.
• Lead staff onboarding, training, and ongoing education initiatives.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to nursing staff.
• Promote a positive, safe, and collaborative environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
• Coordinate activities with other hospital departments to support unit operations.
