Mass General Brigham is seeking a Nurse Manager for the OR and Endoscopy at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital in Dover, NH. This onsite role directs daily operations, coordinates nursing staff, and ensures high-quality patient care in a surgical environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Nursing, an active RN license, and 2–3 years of nursing experience; Master’s in Nursing and perioperative leadership experience are preferred. BLS/ACLS are desirable and leadership excellence is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
• Active Registered Nurse license required.
• 2–3 years of nursing experience required.
• Master’s Degree in Nursing and perioperative leadership experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct, plan, and coordinate unit operations to support high-quality patient care.
• Develop staffing plans to ensure appropriate coverage.
• Lead staff onboarding, training, and ongoing education initiatives.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to nursing staff.
