Job summary

HCA Florida Trinity Hospital is seeking an Operating Room and Endoscopy Nurse Manager to lead and optimize patient care in a high‑volume surgical environment. This role provides clinical leadership, ensures adherence to standards, and drives collaboration across specialties to deliver exceptional outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have RN licensure, a nursing degree, BLS, and proven experience in acute/OR settings, with strong leadership and communication skills to support a demanding,

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations.
• Nursing diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
• American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Previous experience in an acute care or OR setting strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, critical thinking and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and accountability for safe, quality patient care in assigned OR/Endoscopy departments on a 24-hour basis.
• Ensure nursing practices, policies and procedures meet legal and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain continuity of care through interdisciplinary team collaboration.
• Communicate pertinent patient information with physicians, patients and healthcare team.
• Develop and implement quality improvement programs to enhance patient outcomes and safety.
• Coordinate patient care across services and departments throughout the hospital.
