Advocate Health in Oshkosh, WI seeks a Nursing Assistant to support RNs in daily patient care, monitor vitals, assist with admissions and transports, and maintain medical supplies. The role emphasizes infection control, patient safety, and effective communication within a multidisciplinary team.

Eligibility for comprehensive benefits and a 36-hour work week are noted; schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM with pay range listed as $20.80–$31.20 per hour.

Formación

• Basic computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist RN with daily patient care including bathing, hygiene, feeding, and ambulation.
• Measure and document vital signs and intake/output in EMR.
• Perform rounding and communicate observations to RN.
• Assist in admissions, transfers and discharges.
• Collect specimens and perform point-of-care testing as directed.
• Transport and reposition patients and manage dietary needs.
• Maintain skin integrity and manage special patient supplies.
• Possible IV removal and post-mortem care as directed.
