Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field; BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as charge nurse on weekends.
• Functions as role model, facilitator, mentor and coach for clinical and support staff.
• Helps coordinate work shift activities in the clinical area.
• Assists Nurse Manager with quality improvement, resource usage and budgets.
• Provides care to patients on designated units.
