Northern Ohio Surgery Center, now part of the Surgery Partners family, is seeking an RN Circulator for a part-time role in Cleveland. The position supports perioperative care, collaborates with surgeons and staff, and focuses on delivering safe patient care in orthopedic procedures.

Qualifications include nursing degree and RN license, CPR and ACLS, at least 1 year OR experience; orthopedic experience preferred.

• Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing and current state RN license.

• Minimum 1 year in the OR.

Job Title:RN Circulator (Part-Time)

General Summary of Duties: Registered Nurse who assumes responsibility and accountability through the nursing process, for the surgical care of the Center patient in collaboration with other health care providers.

Responsibilities:

• Monitors patient throughout the surgical process.
• Manages monitoring equipment, fluid lines, tubes, drains and catheters as needed, including support of operative extremity.
• Uses good judgement in determining appropriate nursing action and exhibits control in emergency situations.
• Successfully completes CPR/PALS/ACLS certification/recertification.
• Makes independent clinical decisions as appropriate regarding patient's need for nursing care and communicates same to appropriate personnel.
• Demonstrates a team player attitude and utilized work time efficiently.
