Martin County Hospital District in Texas is seeking a Professional Registered Nurse for the Operating Room. You will provide pre-operative, intraoperative, and post-anesthesia care, ensuring patient safety and high-quality care. You will plan, execute, and document nursing interventions and educate patients and families to attain optimal outcomes.

Join a team focused on compassionate care in a Critical Access Hospital setting. Current TX RN license with PALS/ACLS is required; CNOR preferred.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse license Texas required. PALS and ACLS required. CNOR preferred.
• Three (3) years’ experience as a Professional Registered Nurse in an Operating Room setting preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsabilidades

• Provide total nursing care, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of each assigned patient.
• Plan, provide and document care including assessment, pre-operative, post anesthesia care, discharge planning, teaching and education for patients and families.
• Assure the plan of care is carried out in a safe environment through supervision of staff.
• Maintain sterile fields and follow infection control policies.
• Interacts with patients, families, and medical staff to ensure continuity of care.
