Qualifications

• Wyoming RN license or multistate license under the Nurse Licensure Compact.
• CNOR preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS required (AHA).

Responsibilities

• Perform and document nursing assessment in the OR and monitor patient condition intraoperatively.
• Verify identity, procedure, site, consent, allergies, and safe-surgery steps pre-procedure.
• Lead intraoperative planning and document care based on patient needs.
• Advocate for patient safety, privacy, and dignity throughout the procedure.
• Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesia, and perioperative team for smooth workflow.
