Job summary

USPI Arizona Specialty Hospital is seeking an OR RN for full-time roles in our orthopedic and spinal surgery focus. The OR RN will provide nursing care during surgeries, position and prep patients, and circulate cases, while upholding infection control and teamwork standards.

The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service, remain flexible, and support patients through their inpatient stay under RN supervision. A sign-on bonus is offered to eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• The OR RN provides nursing care and service during surgery cases.
• Positioning and prepping patients, circulating the case.
• Must maintain infection control standards and work in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Position the patient and prepare the surgical field.
• Circulate and assist during surgery.
• Provide postoperative care and support under RN direction.
