Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of OR nursing experience.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing and support staff during shifts.
• Monitor staffing and productivity on the Day shift.
• Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams.
• Manage bed assignments and optimize resource use.
• Lead unit handoffs and daily huddles.
• Ensure safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance.
• Support ongoing education and professional development.
• Respond to emergencies with decisive leadership.
