Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to assist anesthesia providers and staff.
• Familiarity with universal precautions and infection control.
• CPR certification and knowledge of OR equipment are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assists anesthesia providers before, during, and after procedures.
• Acquires and prepares anesthesia equipment and supplies.
• Maintains a clean, stocked work area and communicates with OR staff.
• Adheres to infection control and universal precautions at all times.
• Responds quickly in emergencies and assists as directed.
• Demonstrates sound priority decisions and scheduling awareness.
