Responsibilities

• Assists anesthesia providers with patient preparation and monitoring equipment.
• Assists with anesthesia procedures, patient positioning and transport.
• Obtains anesthesia equipment and supplies; maintains a clean, stocked work area.
• Communicates effectively with anesthesia providers and OR staff; responds promptly.
• Performs Universal Precautions and infection control during patient care and equipment handling.
• Assists with CPR and emergency activities as directed.
