Lehigh Valley Health Network is seeking an Hospital Support Technician to assist in the anesthesia workroom. You will stock anesthesia carts, prepare IVs and invasive lines, and set up rooms for procedures, contributing to efficient operating room turnover.

The role emphasizes maintaining cleanliness of anesthesia equipment, managing supply closets, and supporting offsite procedure equipment tracking. A strong foundation in medical terminology and BLS is required.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Understanding of medical terminology required.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification - State of Pennsylvania required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with room turnovers and restocking of anesthesia supplies.
• Clean and check anesthesia equipment and prepare IVs and lines as needed.
• Track and manage anesthesia equipment and supplies to prevent loss; ensure rooms are ready for procedures.
