Job summary

Total Vision LLC in Culver City, CA is seeking a friendly Front Desk/Receptionist to warmly greet patients, help with pretesting, and support the exam flow.

You will answer phones, schedule appointments, transcribe messages, and assist with pretests (blood pressure, NCT, color and stereo) while ensuring clean equipment and supplies.

Bilingual in English/Spanish; high school diploma required; ophthalmic industry experience is a plus; physical stamina for standing and potential weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet incoming patients and escort them to pretesting.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and transcribe messages.
• Perform pretesting such as blood pressure, NCT, color and stereo tests.
• Advocate for overall health evaluation and patient education.
• Collect and relay medical history to the doctor.
• Assist with contact lens insertion/removal training.
• Order and maintain contact lenses and supplies.
• Maintain equipment and prepare exam lanes for use.
