Total Vision LLC in Carlsbad, CA is seeking a part-time, hourly position to support busy optometry clinics. The role involves greeting patients, conducting pretests, scheduling visits, and handling administrative tasks to keep appointments efficient.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma, strong communication, multi-tasking ability, and comfort with medical office technology. Travel between practices is negligible; Saturday availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly as they are taken back for pretesting.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments per doctor preferences, and transcribe messages.
• Perform pretesting: BP, NCT, color perimetry, and autoperimetry.
• Advise on overall health evaluation (Optomap) when appropriate.
• Collect and relay health and ocular history to the doctor.
