You will guide staff performance, coaching and development, monitor operations, ensure HIPAA compliance, and analyze financial data to boost profitability, while recruiting top talent and maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and presentation are critical.
• Minimum of 2 years of retail management/supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong business acumen and ability to analyze data to improve profitability.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop staff toward excellent patient service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Opticians, Technicians and Patient Care Coordinators.
• Work closely with Lead OD to ensure exceptional patient experience.
• Drive customer service excellence through staff performance and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and billing procedures.
• Analyze practice financial data and recommend steps to improve profitability.
• Recruit and select high-caliber talent.
• Oversee product management, inventory and cost of goods.
• Conduct staff evaluations and training sessions.
