Job summary

PCLI in Chehalis, WA is seeking a part-time Administrative/Reception role to support appointment scheduling for patients and the optometrist. You will handle billing procedures, discuss out-of-pocket expenses and coordinate transportation requests, reporting to Site Manager.

Hours are 30-39 per week, Monday-Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am - 1:00 pm, with flexible hours based on clinic needs. The role requires good communication, teamwork and strong organizational skills, plus the
