Target Optical, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking an Associate Optometrist to deliver high-quality eye and vision care. You will diagnose, treat, and manage diseases of the visual system with modern optometric technology and strong patient communication.

You will lead by example within the practice, maintain clinical standards, and collaborate with the team to enhance patient experiences and brand outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills – verbal & listening.
• Knowledge of current Optometric technology and practices.

Responsabilités

• Provide high quality optometric care and services to patients.
• Establish a positive Doctor/Patient relationship.
• Conduct all services in accordance with clinical protocols and accepted standards of care.
• Ensure all patients receive accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
• Utilize and leverage all available technology to deliver patient and customer experiences.
• Collaborate with the store/practice team and leadership to maintain a safe, motivating work environment.
• Maintain office quality systems and contribute to practice growth.
• Provide training and guidance to team members using company programs.
• Strive to exceed KPI and performance expectations.

Graduate of accredited School of Optometry

Licensed to practice Optometry in the state

DPA and TPA certified
