Target Optical, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks an Associate Optometrist (OD) to deliver high-quality eye care and manage diseases of the visual system. You will examine, diagnose, treat and manage patients while collaborating with the practice team to uphold brand standards and patient experience.

The role emphasizes leadership, adherence to clinical protocols, and ongoing investment in technology to enhance patient care and practice growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited School or College of Optometry.
• Licensed to practice Optometry in the State of practice location.
• DPA and TPA certified.
• Knowledge of current Optometric technology and practices.

Responsabilités

• Provide high quality optometric care and services to your patients.
• Establish a positive Doctor/Patient relationship.
• Conduct all services in accordance with clinical protocols and accepted standards of care.
• Ensure all patients receive accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
• Utilize and effectively leverage all available technology to deliver unsurpassed patient and customer experiences.
• Lead and collaborate with store/practice team and Field Leadership to maintain a safe, motivating work environment.
