Job summary

Target Optical, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking an Associate Optometrist (OD) to deliver high‑quality eye care. As a primary health care provider, you will diagnose, treat and manage diseases of the visual system while upholding patient safety and service standards.

You will collaborate with store teams, follow clinical protocols, and strive to exceed KPI targets while providing exceptional patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited School or College of Optometry, licensed to practice in the state.
• DPA and TPA certification required or eligible.
• Knowledge of current optometric technology and practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality optometric care and services to patients.
• Establish a positive Doctor/Patient relationship.
• Conduct services in accordance with clinical protocols and standards.
• Ensure accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
• Utilize technology to enhance patient experiences.
• Collaborate with store/practice team and leadership.
• Maintain office quality systems.
• Lead and train team members.
• Strive to exceed KPI and performance expectations.
• Help build the brand as leading optical provider in the community.
