You will diagnose, treat, and manage diseases of the visual system, while leading within the practice and collaborating with team members to drive patient satisfaction and brand growth.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited School or College of Optometry.
• Must be licensed to practice Optometry in the state of practice location.
• DPA and TPA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality optometric care to patients.
• Establish a positive doctor/patient relationship.
• Follow clinical protocols and standards of care.
• Ensure accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
• Utilize available technology to enhance patient experiences.
• Collaborate with store/practice team and leadership to maintain a motivating work environment.
• Maintain office quality systems and KPI performance.
• Provide training and guidance to team members.
• Contribute to growth and brand leadership in the community.
