Job summary

Target Optical is seeking an Associate Optometrist to deliver high-quality eye and vision care, diagnosing and managing diseases of the visual system while upholding patient well-being. You will use your training to examine, diagnose, and treat, ensuring thorough care and accurate recommendations.

As a key leader in the practice, you will collaborate with the store team and Field Leadership to foster a safe, motivating environment and drive growth for the brand.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School or College of Optometry.
• Licensed to practice Optometry in the practice location.
• Knowledge of current Optometric technology and practices.
• Strong communication skills—verbal and listening.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality optometric care to patients.
• Establish positive doctor-patient relationships.
• Conduct all services per clinical protocols and standards of care.
• Ensure accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
• Leverage technology to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
• Collaborate with store team and Target Optical Field Leadership to maintain a safe, motivating work environment.
• Ensure office quality systems are maintained.
• Support brand promise and patient experience.
