Job summary

Pearle Vision in Denver is seeking an Associate Optometrist to deliver and lead the execution of NECE, partnering with Store Manager and Field Leadership to create a safe, motivating work environment for staff and to uphold Dr. Pearle's vision of genuine eye care.

You will coach Associate Doctors on clinical protocols, oversee patient flow, and ensure exceptional patient outcomes while meeting service and exam goals within the NECE framework.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry and knowledge of current Optometric technology and practices.
• Developed communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent organization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver NECE and ensure exceptional patient service.
• Greet patients and answer phones as needed.
• Conduct services per clinical protocols and accepted standards of care.
• Ensure accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
• Lead and coach Associate Doctors and staff to high performance.
