Job summary

Luxottica's Pearle Vision seeks an Associate Optometrist to deliver exceptional eye care and lead NECE execution in partnership with the Store Manager. You will help create a safe, motivating work environment while focusing on patient outcomes and service excellence.

You will greet patients, perform exams per protocols, maintain strong doctor-patient relationships, and coach staff to meet growth and service targets.

Qualifications

• Must hold Doctor of Optometry license and be in good standing.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Knowledge of current optometric technology and practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and lead the execution of NECE to provide exceptional patient care.
• Greet patients and answer phones when needed to support service excellence.
• Conduct exams and services per clinical protocols and standards of care.
• Ensure accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations for patients.
• Build and maintain positive doctor-patient relationships.
• Coach Associate Doctors on clinical protocols and audits as appropriate.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and team to ensure a seamless eyecare experience.
