Job summary

Warby Parker seeks a full-time Doctor of Optometry to join an affiliated independent optometry practice adjacent to a Warby Parker store. You will perform comprehensive eye exams, prescribe eyewear, and educate patients while coordinating with the store team to deliver an exceptional patient experience.

Work under the clinical direction of supervising optometrists, maintain licensure and CE, and contribute to growing the eye exam business at your location.

Qualifications

• Licensed Doctor of Optometry in the practicing state
• Demonstrated commitment to high-quality patient care
• Ability to educate patients and collaborate with store teams

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye exams and contact lens evaluations per standards of care
• Partner with store team to enhance patient experience and grow the eye exam business
• Prescribe eyewear/contacts and educate patients on options
• Coach team to support patients throughout their journey
• Maintain accurate medical records and licensure/CE requirements
• Be an engaged clinical presence and collaborate with Store Leader on goals
