Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking a patient-focused Full-Time Optometrist to join an affiliated independent optometry practice adjacent to a Warby Parker retail location. You will practice under the supervision of an optometrist, delivering high-quality eye care and a premium patient experience.

You will collaborate with the store team, prescribe eyewear and eye health solutions, and maintain comprehensive medical records while staying current with licensure and CE requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Licensed Doctor of Optometry in the practicing state.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive eye exams and contact lens evaluations per protocols.
Collaborate with store team to deliver exceptional patient experience and grow the eye exam business.
Prescribe eyewear and eye health solutions tailored to patient needs.
Educate patients and coach team on eye care best practices.
Maintain accurate medical records and regulatory compliance.
Maintain state licensure in good standing and fulfill CE requirements.
Be a brand ambassador and contribute to community eye care leadership.
