Job summary

LensCrafters in Exton, PA is seeking an Associate Optometrist to join our patient-first eyecare team. You will deliver high-quality optometric care, perform clinical protocols, and collaborate with store leadership to grow our practice and patient outcomes.

You will maintain state licensure, participate in continuing education, and help educate patients on eye health while supporting medical and referral care in a busy retail setting.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry
• Commitment to quality patient care
• Knowledge of Medical Optometry, including Billing and Coding
• Knowledge of Surgical Care and practices pertaining to Optometry
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory & technology
• Strong communicator & listener
• Problem solving ability
• Solid Organization skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver brand promise and drive key results through collaboration with the MOD, SMM and team.
• Ensure high quality optometric care by following clinical protocols.
• Support medical practice, referral care, and pre/post-op surgical activities.
• Lead patient service with outstanding service processes.
