LensCrafters in Exton, PA is seeking a part-time Associate Optometrist to deliver high-quality eye care, lead clinical protocols and collaborate with the MOD and store team to drive exceptional patient experiences.

You will maintain licensure, participate in referrals and pre/post-op support, and contribute to KPI targets while providing clear communication, strong patient relationships and up-to-date optometric knowledge.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry.
• Commitment to quality patient care.
• Knowledge of Medical Optometry, including Billing and Coding.
• Knowledge of Surgical Care and practices pertaining to Optometry.
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory & technology.
• Strong communicator & listener.
• Problem solving ability.
• Solid Organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Executes clinical protocols ensuring high-quality optometric care.
• Collaborates with MOD and store team to achieve KPI targets.
• Establishes Doctor/Patient relationships and provides patient-centered service.
• Delivers patient education and eyewear recommendations.
• Maintains licensure and continuing education obligations.
• Leads training and guidance for team members.
• Supports referrals and pre/post-op care as applicable.
