Job summary

LensCrafters in Exton, PA seeks an Associate Optometrist to lead clinical care and deliver the brand promise. You will perform medical eye care, collaborate with the MOD and store team, and support referral and pre/post-op activities when applicable.

You will ensure patients receive high-quality optometric evaluation, accurate diagnoses, and effective treatment plans while upholding state licensure and continuing education requirements.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry credential required.
• Commitment to quality patient care.
• Knowledge of Medical Optometry, billing and coding.
• Knowledge of surgical care in optometry.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Problem solving ability.
• Solid organizational skills.
