LensCrafters in Exton, PA is seeking an Associate Optometrist to lead patient care and advance the brand promise alongside the MOD, SMM and store team. You will perform clinical protocols, support medical practice and referral care, and drive growth through collaboration.

The role emphasizes patient-first service, utilization of modern technology, and strict licensure maintenance. Training and leadership duties are included for staff development and excellence.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry and commitment to quality patient care.
• Knowledge of Medical Optometry, including Billing and Coding.
• Knowledge of Surgical Care and practices pertaining to Optometry.
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory & technology.
• Residency training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver high-quality optometric care in collaboration with store team.
• Manage KPI performance and drive results in partnership with the MOD, SMM and team.
• Establish doctor-patient relationships and ensure accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
• Provide pre/post-operative surgical support when applicable.
• Train and guide team using company programs and resources.
