LensCrafters is seeking an Associate Optometrist in Pennsylvania to deliver high-quality eye care, lead patient interactions, and collaborate with store leadership to meet KPI targets. This role emphasizes medical practice, referral care, and post-operative support where applicable.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree required
• Commitment to quality patient care
• Knowledge of Medical Optometry including Billing & Coding
• Knowledge of Surgical Care and Optometry practices
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory & technology
• Strong communicator & listener
• Good problem-solving ability
• Solid organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality optometric care and lead patient-focused services
• Collaborate with MOD and store team to meet KPI targets
• Establish and maintain Doctor/Patient relationships
• Provide pre/post-op support and medical practice referrals as applicable
• Utilize technology and tools to enhance patient experience
• Mentor and train team members and provide constructive feedback
• Maintain state licensure and continuing education requirements
